Wait Time is 1-3 calendar days upon placing of order.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed?

We do not offer cancellations & refunds for digital orders. You may cancel or make changes to your physical orders only within Wait Time or until order has been shipped. We will ask for proof of payment before processing any refunds.
Kindly send your request to hello@listgirl.co and place "Cancel Request - Order#" or "Edit Request - Order#" as the email subject. You will receive an email notification once your order has been updated or canceled manually.

Am I eligible for a refund?

We only offer refunds within Wait Time or until order has been shipped. We will ask for proof of payment before processing any refunds.
However, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused, missing, and stolen shipments.

I have already paid for my order but failed to send Proof of Payment within Wait Time.

If order has been canceled in the system, kindly send proof of payment to hello@listgirl.co and place "Late Proof of Payment - Order ID" as the email subject. A gift card will be given to you which you may use to reorder.
If order has not been canceled in the system, order will proceed as usual upon receipt of Proof of Payment.

Do you allow returns or exchanges?

List Girl do not allow returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.

What are the available modes of payment?

We accept payments through Paypal Express and bank deposit to BDO and BPI.
Pending orders with unsettled payments are automatically canceled after three (3) calendar days.

Where do you ship to?

We only ship within the Philippines and offer free nationwide shipping on orders Php 1,500 and up, excluding Pasabuy Items.

  • Metro Manila: Php 165
  • Visayas: Php 180.00
  • Mindanao: Php 190.00
  • Island: Php 205
Pasabuy Fee (Calculated with shipping fee on Pasabuy Items): Php 100.00

I have chosen the wrong region for the shipping rate. / I placed the wrong shipping address.

When can I expect my package?

Turn-around time processing of orders upon receipt of proof of payment is 2-3 business days. Pasabuy TAT varies. A tracking number will be provided upon shipping of your order.
